REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 13, 2026 | Suki, the healthcare AI company known for ambient clinical documentation, has raised $90 million in Series E funding, Fierce Healthcare reported on Oct. 13. The company plans to use the money to build a connected AI platform across clinical, financial and operational workflows. Suki did not disclose its valuation.
Who Invested and What the Money Is For
The round adds three new investors: Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital and Hercules Capital. Existing backers Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures and Zoom Ventures also participated, according to Fierce Healthcare. Neither Fierce nor CityBiz names a lead investor. Aman Mahajan, M.D., Ph.D., a partner at Healthier Capital, joins Suki’s board.
Suki says the funds will go toward advancing its AI, expanding its commercial team and scaling its partner ecosystem. Executives told Fierce the company has raised more than $250 million in total. Its previous round was a $70 million Series D led by Hedosophia in October 2024, Fierce Healthcare reported at the time, when its total funding stood at $165 million.
Founder and CEO Punit Soni said in the announcement: “Clinical documentation was never the destination. It was the entry point.” Mahajan said Suki “can become the foundational infrastructure for how healthcare operates in the AI era,” crediting its approach of serving clinicians directly while powering AI inside other healthcare platforms.
The Growth Figures Suki Reported
All of the figures below come from the company. Suki says the number of patient encounters supported by its tools grew more than 190% year over year in 2026, and that revenue doubled in 2025 and is on track for similar growth in 2026. According to CityBiz, it also reports that partner-channel revenue grew more than tenfold over two years and that KLAS-validated findings show an average monthly financial impact above $2,600 per provider. More than 30 technology partners embed Suki’s AI in their platforms.
Fierce also notes Suki’s recent launch of “Ask,” a tool that lets clinicians in the Suki for Clinicians app pose complex clinical questions. It uses Wolters Kluwer’s UpToDate Expert AI API and is the first product integration of that API.
