Zenzap Founders

TEL AVIV, Oct. 14, 2026 | Israeli startup Zenzap came out of stealth on Oct. 14 with $44 million in total funding for a workplace platform where employees and AI agents share conversations, manage tasks and automate business processes, Ynet reported. Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners co-led the round, with The Garage also participating.

What Zenzap Is Building

Zenzap, founded in 2022, calls its product “Multiplayer AI.” Employees can assign tasks to AI agents, share documents and track progress in one workspace, using text or voice with no coding required. Ynet lists use cases that include invoice retrieval, CRM updates, shift scheduling, medication-procedure checks in healthcare and transaction reconciliation in finance.

Guy Weiss, co-founder and CEO, previously founded Stucco Media, which was later acquired. Jonatan Bien is chief technology officer and Noam Neumann is chief operating officer. Bessemer’s website lists Zenzap as a portfolio company since 2022, describing it as “Agentic Work Chat for SMBs and Mid-Market.” Zenzap plans to use the funds to grow its development and sales teams, add product features and expand internationally.

Weiss said: “Until now, artificial intelligence has been a personal experience: one person, one chatbot, one private conversation.” Adam Fisher, a partner at Bessemer, said agents should run as “a team of specialized agents operating with supervision, oversight and control.”

Company Claims and What Is Unverified

The figures in the announcement come from Zenzap. It reports 45 employees, “thousands” of customer organizations, more than 40,000 automated workflows created by customers, agent setup in under 90 seconds, and SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance. Ynet does not independently verify those claims and names no customers.

The article also does not disclose Zenzap’s valuation or how the $44 million splits between earlier and newer funding. Tal Morgenstern, a partner at Lightspeed, argued that Slack “hit a ceiling of 50 million users” because of its technical interface and desktop preference, which is an investor’s opinion, not a measured finding.
